科研成果

1.通过设计和改性脂质材料,构建新型脂质载体实现药物对疾病组织和细胞的高效递送。研究结果在Angew Chem Int Ed,Nano Lett,J Extracell Vesicles,ACS Nano,Theranostics,J Control Release等有国际影响力的主流学术期刊上发表论文50余篇,参与编著Springer出版社书籍“New Nanomaterials and Techniques for Tumor-targeting Systems”。受邀在CRS,中国药学大会,国际纳米大会等国内外会议上进行大会报告和成果展示。相关工作获得了国家自然科学基金,上海市科委,国家药典委等项目的资助。

2.通过理性化设计和研发具有良好成药性的脂质载体,推动了新药临床转化和产业化。相关技术申请发明专利20余项,获得授权10余项。获得国家科技重大专项“新辅料关键技术研究及产业化生产”,国家药典委国家药品标准制修订项目等资助。与国内大型制药集团合作开发药物脂质制剂,获得了新药临床和生产批件7项。
