研究方向

1. 建立并发展示踪体内增殖细胞的技术——ProTracer (Proliferation Tracer) 技术。

2. 以ProTracer技术作为动物体内筛选平台,筛选体内促进细胞增殖的候选药物,实现器官原位再生。

3. 器官发育和损伤修复过程中细胞命运可塑性研究。

科研成果

长期致力于双同源重组酶谱系示踪技术的开发和应用,整合遗传学,细胞生物学,再生医学和生物信息学,以小鼠为主要模式生物,在探讨哺乳动物心脏心肌细胞来源,肿瘤细胞转移过程中上皮细胞向间充质细胞转换等领域开展了一系列研究,并主要取得了以下研究成果:

1. 揭示了哺乳动物成体心脏心肌细胞的主要来源问题。

2. 揭示了胚胎期及新生期心脏非心肌细胞向心肌细胞转换的精确过程。

3. 揭示了乳腺肿瘤细胞转移中上皮细胞向间充质细胞的转换存在异质性。
