研究方向

1. 利用纳米技术探索神经递质释放核心分子机制及其在重大脑疾病中致病机理。

2.通过人工分离突触囊泡研究兴奋性和抑制性神经递质释放失衡的分子机制。

3.可控生物纳米材料药物对外周及中枢神经系统的靶向递送。


科研项目
科研成果

1.原创开发了纳米盘与细胞融合技术。 阐明了突触囊泡蛋白VAMP2扩大囊泡融合孔的分子机理。

2. 运用DNA纳米技术对携带SNARE蛋白的人工囊泡进行亚分类。将囊泡的曲率推进到理论极限值,研究了其对生物膜融合的直接影响。

3.利用新型荧光分子探针进一步阐明了神经递质非同步释放分子机制, 探索了单个神经元神经递质不同发放模式的空间分布特点。
