个人简介

徐宝福研究员本科就读于山东农业大学(2009.9-2013.7),博士就读于中国科学院上海生科院-植生所(2013.9-2019.1)(导师:肖友利),博后就读于佛罗里达大学(2019.3-2022.3)(导师:Jeffrey D. Rudolf),并于2022年7月加入中科环渤海(烟台)药物高等研究院,任研究员、课题组长、博士生导师。获得泰山学者青年专家、上海浦江人才、上海领军人才(海外)、浦东明珠菁英人才等项目的支持。

研究方向

徐宝福课题组主要开展萜类化合物基因组导向的发现与生物合成研究,涉及生物材料包括海洋动物、植物及其共生微生物等。该团队依托基因组学、转录组学技术、生物催化及发酵技术,致力于完成发现-解析-生产的核心科研使命:即活性萜类天然产物的发现、生物合成的解析、以及最后利用合成生物学理念实现化合物的绿色高效可持续生产,以驱动原创新药的发现。

科研成果

徐宝福研究员长期从事天然产物的发现与生物合成研究,尤其在植物和微生物来源萜类化合物的生物合成方面取得了一系列成果,为萜类天然产物的生物合成机制和合成生物学体系构建等领域做出了一定贡献,并在国际期刊发表20篇文章,其中一作或通讯12篇,包括Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(2篇), ACS Catal., Org. Lett.等知名期刊,申请专利2项获批1项。
